PrintWithMe Face Mask Drive

PrintWithMe will pick up any kind of face masks you are willing to donate and drop them off at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (Chicago-only).

Hospitals all around the world, including in Chicago, are facing a critical shortage of protective equipment such as face masks. They are in need of donations of unused N95 masks as well as simple surgical masks.

Your donation can make a difference in helping physicians and hospital staff on the front-lines of battling COVID-19.

In addition to helping people who have lost jobs due to the outbreak, PrintWithMe aims to hire displaced workers to pick up and deliver the masks.

Please do not donate if you are sick.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are reminding everyone who uses PrintWithMe to follow advice from public health authorities. If you’re feeling sick, please do not donate so that we can prevent community transmission. Do seek medical help and let us know if there's anything we can do to help.

Please visit the World Health Organization and CDC for more information and updates.

Delivery Health Safety Standards for Drivers

Given the evolving situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we require all our PrintWithMe drivers to follow the below guidance from the CDC and WHO:

Wash Your Hands Regularly

Wash your hands with liquid soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol to disinfect your hands. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

As part of your onboarding process, we will supply you with hand sanitizer and rubber gloves. Always ensure that you have your gloves on when in contact with the printer, paper, and other supplies as well as when you deliver the prints to customers.

Use The Tools We Provide

Preventing Community Transmission

If you have a mild illness, respiratory symptoms, or have a fever (38 C or 100.4 F or above), stay home and notify us immediately. We will put your position on hold until you are able to confirm that the virus has passed through the incubation period. If your symptoms get worse, call your doctor.

Customers have the option to communicate how they’d like their printed documents delivered. They may include a note like “Please leave my order at the door.” Drivers will be notified by a PrintWithMe team member detailing the customers’ requests.

No-Contact Delivery Option

Cover Your Cough or Sneeze

Use a tissue to cover your cough or sneeze and throw the tissue in the trash, then wash your hands. If you don't have a tissue within reach, cough or sneeze into your elbow. Please wash your hands after, before handling any print orders.

Pay special attention to surfaces that you frequently come in contact with and wipe them down regularly using disinfecting wipes or cloths.

Clean and Disinfect Your Home and Vehicle

Our mission is to make printing convenient for everyone, everywhere.
