How To Print:

 1. Attach the file you’d like printed to an email.
2. Send the email to your printer’s unique email address (found on the printer signage).
3. Open Response Email with a “
Continue to Checkout” link; click this link. Our response usually comes in a few seconds, depending on connection speed and the size of your file.
4. Select Print Options and how many copies you’d like.
5. 
Enter your payment information;  we accept both PayPal and credit cards.
6. Print by selecting "
Complete Order & Print Now" to print immediately. 
If you see a "Checkout & Get Release Code" option, clicking this button will load a page with a 6-digit code that needs to be entered into the printer to print your document. 

We recommend you to submit your document(s) as PDFs to minimize the potential formatting changes. However, our system can process the following file types: .pdf .docx .doc .pptx .ppt .jpeg .jpg .png .tiff .gif .png .rtf .odt and .txt.

How To Scan:

1. Place your document into the printer’s auto-feeder; for ID’s and passports, lift auto-feeder and place document/item facing down on the glass.
2. Tap the screen to wake the printer. Press “OK”, and then select “Scan”.
3. Enter the email address to which you would like your scanned document(s) sent.
4. Select your scanning options and indicate whether your document is one- or two-sided. Your document(s) will be scanned.
5. You'll then receive an email containing a link to “Checkout” to download your document. This email usually comes in a few seconds, but it may take longer depending on the printer’s connection speed and the size of your file.
6. Enter payment info as needed, click the download link at the bottom of the page to begin downloading your scan. 

Your download experience may vary depending on the kind of device and the browser you’re using. If you're downloading using a mobile device, the scan will likely first load in a browser window and you’ll have to save from there. If you’re not familiar with saving files to a mobile device, wait until you have access to a computer as your file can only be downloaded once.

6. After selecting your options, the printer will provide an estimate of your copy charges.
7. Select “Yes, continue.” to accept the charges and begin copying.

How To Fax:

 1. Place your document into the printer’s auto-feeder. Tap the screen to wake the printer.
Press “
OK” for more options, and then select “Fax Outbound”.
2. Enter your email address, then enter your PIN.
3. If you’re using this service for the first time, the printer will ask you to set up an account. You’ll need access to your email and internet for this.
4. You will receive a "Finish Registering Your Account" email directing you to the registration portal where you create your account with a password, a 4-digit PIN, and payment method.
5. On the printer touchscreen, enter the 10-digit US phone number to which you would like your fax sent, starting with the area code first. (Do not add +1 or any prefix to the number; it also has to be a domestic number, not international.)
6. Select single or double-sided then the printer will begin scanning your fax.
7. The total charge for your fax will appear on the printer’s touchscreen. Select “Yes, continue” to accept the charges and send your fax.
8. Your fax will be sent immediately. You should receive a “transmission confirmation” email from us within a few minutes.
